Step 1 – Contact Us to Arrange A Visit
The first step is to book a visit to Dragon Care. This gives you the chance to explore our centre, meet our staff, and see our service users in action. It’s a great way to get a real sense of what makes Dragon Care unique.

Step 2 – Initial Assessment
If you feel Dragon Care could be the right fit, the next step is to book an initial assessment. During this appointment, we will gather important information, including likes, dislikes, communication needs, personal care requirements, medication, and allergies. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and for us to get to know each other better.

Step 3 – Finalising Support
Once the assessment is complete, you will work with your social worker to finalise your support package.

Step 4 – Start Date & Transition
Finally, we will arrange a start date and a personalised transition plan. We understand that each service user has different needs, so your transition package will be tailored specifically to you, allowing it to be completed at a pace that feels right.
