At Dragon Care, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to develop meaningful skills, build confidence, and work towards future employment opportunities.
Our Employment Training Programme is designed for young people aged 15+ and adults who want to gain practical, transferable skills in a supportive and inclusive environment. Through hands on learning and real life experiences, participants can develop workplace skills, increase independence, and explore potential career pathways.
Building Skills for the Future
Alongside practical training, participants will develop valuable workplace skills such as teamwork, communication, time management, problem solving, confidence, and independence.
Whether the goal is future paid employment, volunteering, further education, or simply developing new skills and confidence, our Employment Training Programme provides a supportive pathway towards greater independence and opportunity.
